Ridwan Jahib, FCCA
Managing Partner and Co-Founder
Ridwan brings over 17 years of expertise in audit, tax, and accounting, honed through his tenure at leading international firms such as Morison Mauritius Chartered Certified Accountants, Frontier Fiscal Services, and other global financial institutions serving multinational corporations.
Since joining Salford in January 2020 as a Partner, Ridwan has taken on the role of Managing Partner, leveraging his deep understanding of international markets to drive the firm's growth and success. His extensive international experience spans working with global clients, with a particular focus on the African region, where he has successfully delivered tailored financial solutions to meet clients’ cross-border needs.
Ridwan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants and is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Aysha Emambocus
Administrative Partner

Yufran Fakeeroodeen
Head of Operations and Co-Founder
Yufran brings a solid foundation in Finance and Law to his role, backed by a dual degree from the University of Mauritius. Since entering the industry in 2017, he has focused on driving operational excellence and supporting efficient service delivery within audit and accounting functions.

Suhayla is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA), as well as a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA).
Fooad Fazil Nooraully, LLM

Fooad Nooraully was Called to the Bar in January 1999 and is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with over two decades of expertise spanning advisory and transactional domains. He is well-versed in employment law, dispute resolution, human resources, trusts, pensions, and corruption offences, offering comprehensive legal solutions to a diverse range of industries. Throughout his career, Fooad has worked with major airlines, banks, financiers, lessors, manufacturers, and insurers, gaining significant expertise in drafting corporate agreements and providing a full suite of aviation legal services.
Renowned for his skills in conflict resolution and complex negotiations, Fooad is adept at drafting settlement agreements and navigating intricate legal landscapes. He also provides strategic advice on civil matters, competition law compliance, AML/CFT processes, and data protection, showcasing his versatility and depth of knowledge in addressing contemporary legal challenges.
